“Miracles for Madilyn”
My niece Madilyn has lipomyelomeningocele, which is a form of Spina Bifida. She has had many surgeries during her lifetime.
In August 2012, I played and sang at the Virginia Highlands Festival in Abingdon VA as part of the Troubadour Program. I donated all of the tips that I recieved to help cover a portion of Madilyn’s ongoing medical expenses. Later in 2013, with the help of many friends and family, I was able to raise money to help cover many of the post insurance expenses for Madilyn’s care. Personally, I have continued to help Madilyn and her family in their journey as much as I can.
In an effort to continue to raise funds to help cover Madilyn’s post insurance medical expenses, I have launched “Music for Madilyn”. Hire me to perform or play at an event or at a special house concert and help me raise money for Madilyn’s ongoing medical expenses.
